All events during Half Term have been priced to ensure they are affordable and give families in the area an activity they can do – whatever the weather. There will also be special offers kids' drinks and snacks available from the bar. Ticket holders can grab a fruit shoot and sweet treat for just £1.00.

Donna Hodds, Marketing Manager for Beccles Public Hall and Theatre, said: “When planning events for Half Term we were very keen to ensure there was something to not only keep families entertained but to ensure they were affordable. The films we are showing are relatively new family films, which without a Disney+ subscription, people may not have seen. At just £2 a ticket for children and adults, it gives them the chance to see these two top titles in an informal cinema setting at the Hall. Plus, the drinks and sweet deals we have on the bar mean it’s a very low-cost afternoon when the weather can still be cold and wet.

“Hanton’s Punch and Judy is a Hall favourite and always gets a good turnout. Families can watch a traditional seaside show, and then have the chance to make their own puppets afterwards.”

A full programme of events up until June 2023 is now available online or for booking via the Hall’s box office.
